This form has been prepared to inform the BUYER prior to their order, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The essential characteristics, quantity, and VAT-inclusive sale price of the ordered product/service are detailed on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email. Prices listed on the site are current list prices, and the price applicable at the time of payment will be applied.

3. Payment and Total Cost

The total price, including taxes and shipping/delivery costs, will be displayed in the order summary. Payment is securely collected via 3D Secure through the bank's virtual POS system. Your card details (card number, expiration date, CVV) are entered only on the bank's 3D Secure page; they are not seen, stored, or processed by the SELLER.

Delivery

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer, starting from the date of product delivery, 14 days has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason or paying a penalty. Complaints and Disputes

Buyers can submit complaints through the communication channels listed above. In the event of a dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the buyer's place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Commerce.
